Scott Norman (BVSc, PhD, DipACT, GCEd Tertiary, MANZCVS)

Scott is a cattle producer, veterinarian, and a registered specialist in Veterinary Reproduction. He has over 35 years of experience in the beef cattle industry as a veterinarian, researcher, and producer. Scott has leveraged his specialist skills in artificial breeding techniques to establish Norman Wagyu from elite genetics.

Paul Norman (BSc, GCert Network Publishing)

Paul’s career has included 4 years in large animal veterinary research and over 30 years in the pathology industry. His experience ranges from specialised low volume assays to high volume routine pathology testing. He has managed a large department involved in the logistics of sample distribution within a laboratory network and has been instrumental in the development, testing and implementation of processes, IT solutions and training to improve workflows within laboratories.  

This commitment to process improvement flows through to the development of Norman Wagyu, where meticulous processing of semen and embryos is paramount for reliable quality.
